On The Market After your marketing consultation, your listing will be published on the multiple listing site, as well as the other various websites we market to.

Offer When an offer comes in, we will email you a copy of the offer along with an email containing the most important elements of the contract. Then, we will discuss whether you are going to accept the offer or counter the offer.

Negotiations If necessary, we will negotiate verbally with the other party until we have an accepted offer and then we will write a counter offer, signing all documents at that time.

Closing Once there is an executed contract on your home, the Closing Manager will arrange the home inspections and repairs, as well as order any surveys. She will keep in contact with the Title Company to make sure they have all the documents they need and keep in contact with the other agent on the other side to make sure everyone is kept up to date. The Closing Manager also reviews the final HUD-1 settlement statement and verifies proceeds check has been received.
