More About Gene and Rebekah

Gene and Rebekah Rivers love their career in real estate. Their diverse backgrounds and years of experience have funneled into primary duties of counseling Buyers and Sellers on market value of properties, area real estate trends, growth patterns, and investment opportunities.

Rebekah meets with all Sellers and counsels  them on the appropriate marketing, pricing, and strategy for optimal sale price and the leat possible days in inventory.  The Team meets with the buyers for initial conseling and helps ensure their expectations equal market realities.  

Typically The Team "meets" Clients for the first time via the phone or email and does and initial consultation to determine how the Rivers Team can best meet their real estate needs,whether a Buyer or Seller. The Agents also work with the Team Leader in seeing that each team specialist are doing their utmost to serve all of our clients needs.

Rebekah and Gene are national speakers to the Realtor Family and have given programs at the local, state, and national levels. They were recognized for the best realtor website in the United States (1997), Best Overall Marketing Concepts in the U.S. (1996), Best Video Productions in the U.S. (1995). They authored the Master Graduate Realtor Institute Program on Professional Teams (1997) and the Realtor Institute courses on the Seller Marketing, Personal Promotion and courses on Technological Marketing (1998-1999). The Rivers are Howard Brinton's April Real Estate Star of the Month (2001).

The Rivers have 4 children and Rebekah and Gene feel that Tallahassee is the best place in the world to live & raise a Family!
